Any personally identifying information divulged to Office Depot via our websites will be stored on secure servers and not released to any other party without your explicit written authorisation.

Pages on our website that request payment information are protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security, which encrypts any data transmitted – please see below.

General

All Office Depot premises are secure sites. Information stored on our systems is accessible only to authorised users. All Office Depot staff that operate within the Internet support group are trained and briefed on security policies. Office Depot has been approved to the Quality Management System Standard ISO9002.
