Office Depot UK Announces Annual Vendor Awards for 2006

Andover, 24 February 2006 - The 2006 Office Depot UK Annual Vendor Awards conference was held at The Hilton Metropole Hotel on 18 January. The event was followed by the annual Office Depot ‘Live Forum’ on 19 January.

Now in its fifth year, the Office Depot Annual Vendor Awards dinner recognises the focus, collaboration and strategic importance of the Office Depot’s vendors in providing the Company with the world’s leading products and innovations and ensuring that Office Depot continues to deliver the winning solutions its customers have come to expect. The 2006 Annual Vendor Awards were the largest and most successful to date with over 300 vendors and key customers attending.

Comedienne and author Jo Brand entertained the attendees before the 2006 winners were announced in the following categories:

  • Account Manager of the Year - Linda Reed – Fellowes
  • Vendor of the Year – 3M
  • Environmental Vendor of the Year – Brother
  • Product of the Year – M-Real - Evolve Paper
  • Print Services Vendor of the Year – Alphagraphics
  • Marketing Initiative of the Year – Fellowes
